On the outskirts of the city is a different race all together. They are called the Shifters simply because the Weres had nothing else to call them. Discovered just recently, the Shifters proved elusive and very rarely leave their Island. The temperatures depend directly on the environment. Off the coast of Red Moon City, about 30 miles from Shifter Isle, is another island. If you find yourself on this Island, beware. Very few have visited, and none have survived. Discovered before Shifter Isle, the Weres called it Sangue Island. Sangue means blood in Italian, which is a fitting name considering the creatures that live there. The Island is home to the Cerave and one most think before you decide to visit this otherwise gorgeous location. Moderator:RP Moderators
